Associate Attorney

Giana Devitt is an Associate Attorney at Weiss Ortiz Attorneys & Mediators. She previously served as a law clerk with the firm while attending law school, gaining valuable experience supporting clients and attorneys in a variety of legal matters.

Giana earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and holds dual bachelor's degrees in Communication and Social Welfare & Justice from Marquette University. During law school, she served as an Associate Editor of the Children’s Legal Rights Journal, where she focused on legal issues affecting children and families. Her experience strengthened the research, writing, and analytical skills that continue to support her advocacy on behalf of clients.
